Leading Spiritual Growth Across All Generations
Director of Family Ministry
We are seeking a dedicated Director of Family Ministry to join our mission of making disciples through comprehensive Christian education and family programming. This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve in a key role overseeing the spiritual development of our entire congregation, from infants through adults, while supporting our vision to Reach Up, Reach In, and Reach Out. The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with a heart for Reformed theology, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for equipping volunteers and teachers across all age groups.
Responsibilities include coordinating Sunday School and Mid-Week programs, directing youth and children’s ministries, planning Vacation Bible School, managing educational budgets, and creating engaging family events that strengthen our church community. This role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with staff, volunteers, and families to foster spiritual growth and discipleship throughout our church family.
